Groups are kept small due to the practical nature of the sessions. Every participant gets the chance to practice communication and presentations in pairs, in subgroups, and individually in front of the group. Workshops have a maximum of 8 participants, and training sessions have a maximum of 6.

Yes! And I’m sure that with each attempt, you’ll want to step up in front of the group more and more. We recreate situations as close to real life as possible, where you build a connection with the audience. This will help you get comfortable with speaking in front of a group.

You and the trainer leading the session. After completing the Effective Speaker training, each participant receives a package of their recordings along with an individual evaluation of their presentations. The materials are shared in a folder that I only share with you. If, after downloading the materials, you ask me to delete your recordings, I will do so immediately. You are in control of your recordings, which are stored on my company account protected by passwords. I never publish your recordings anywhere without your explicit written consent.
-
Of course not. That’s only a portion of participants who come to the training to manage their stage fright. Other participants already have their stress under control and want to present their ideas more effectively and communicate with people more efficiently.
-
Absolutely. The training covers topics in public speaking, business communication, and interpersonal communication. You’ll practice various communication situations that you encounter in your professional life, such as speaking up during a meeting, having a one-on-one conversation with a client or business partner, or presenting to a large audience at a conference. You’ll actively work on developing your communication skills both at work and in your personal life.
-
It depends on the topic you choose. You will certainly gain more confidence and fluency in verbal communication. Additionally, you’ll learn how to persuade others of your ideas, speak in an engaging and clear way. And as a result of these skills, you’ll build team relationships more effectively, enhance your interpersonal skills, and strengthen your professional image. You can find additional benefits of each workshop on the page dedicated to that topic.

During everyday business conversations with clients, business partners, or colleagues. During meetings at work, business negotiations, industry conferences, or on business trips. In reality, where and how you use these skills is up to you. I know people who make great use of them in their personal lives too.

If you choose a 2-day training session, you can pay in one lump sum or in 2 installments. Ideally, both installments should be paid before the training. However, if you sign up at the last minute, we’ll work out terms that suit us both 🙂 As for workshops, they must be paid in full before attending. Each workshop has a limited number of spots, so your payment guarantees your place. When it comes to individual consultations, you can pay after each session, or if you’ve opted for a long-term collaboration, you have the option of paying monthly. You manage your own finances, so you know which option works best for you.
-
Every topic you’ll find on my website is available in English. The easiest option is to choose individual consultations. As for group sessions, it’s possible if enough people sign up, or if you bring along friends who also want to deliver effective presentations in English.
-
I’d suggest attending one of the topic-specific workshops. We practice a particular skill in detail, such as building confidence and managing stress. Another option is individual consultations, which are tailored to your needs, topics, and preferences. You can then focus more on learning how to give effective feedback or practice information delivery techniques to improve your business relationships. A prior needs analysis will determine your program.
-
A training session is comprehensive. This means we practice many aspects of public speaking, business presentations, and effective communication all at once, such as body language, speech structure, engaging the listener, and managing stress. Workshops, on the other hand, are topic-specific and we focus on one aspect of communication, such as body language, voice and diction work, or rhetoric. Besides that, training sessions are 2 days long, while a workshop is 5 hours. At a workshop, you can also expect more participants and more work in subgroups, whereas training sessions have fewer participants and more individual work. After both workshops and training sessions, you receive materials, a certificate, and recordings if that was part of the exercises. All of this is reflected in the price, which corresponds to the format. After a training session, each participant additionally receives an individual assessment of their progress. Whichever format you choose, get ready for a series of hands-on exercises.
-
If you want to prepare for a specific presentation, an individual consultation would be the most suitable option. You can also choose a consultation package if you’re planning to focus on long-term development, for example if you want to build a professional image or learn a wider range of effective communication techniques. We meet weekly or every two weeks according to your needs and cover every topic related to verbal and nonverbal communication within your industry. It’s an equally great option for busy salespeople, leaders, managers, or industry specialists with irregular working hours.

Yes, every participant receives a personalized certificate confirming their participation in the training session or workshop on their chosen topic related to public speaking, the art of oratory, business communication, or interpersonal communication.

You can choose between online sessions on public speaking, self-presentation, and effective communication, or in-person sessions in major cities across Poland. Most public speaking sessions take place in Wrocław.
