Program
In an intimate group, we’ll practice in a workshop format, among other things:
- FRIENDLY BODY LANGUAGE: Learn to attract listeners’ attention with a convincing body posture. Eliminate unnecessary movements that distract the audience. Use gestures and facial expressions that emphasize the importance of your words. Move freely across the stage.
- COLORFUL VOICE PROJECTION: Practice the entire sound production process, from proper breathing to clear articulation of sounds. Don’t let listeners guess what you said with sloppy diction. Apply basic elements of prosody to maintain the audience’s attention.
- STRUCTURED CONTENT: Start your speech unconventionally to capture the listener’s attention in the first sentence. Then organize the structure of your speech so the audience can easily follow your train of thought. End the presentation with one of the techniques that will make your message memorable for a long time.
- EFFECTIVE SELF-PRESENTATION: Learn to present in just 60 seconds using the well-known “elevator pitch” technique. In this time, you’ll manage to intrigue the audience with yourself, your product, or service.
- ENGAGING THE AUDIENCE: Use all the above-mentioned good speech techniques to create a credible speaker image. Invite the audience to interact at multiple levels of engagement depending on your listener’s characteristics.

Who leads it?
A person who regularly performs on stage. Based on my experience as a host of international events, public speaking and business communication trainer, and bilingual instructor, I’ve created a universal program that will elevate your interpersonal communication and public speaking skills. We’ll spend time practicing various speeches in a good and motivating atmosphere. Learn to speak from someone who regularly performs on stage with a microphone!
What will I learn?
You’ll spend 10 hours on intensive practice of public speaking fundamentals that will prepare you for a job interview or conference presentation. The training is divided into smaller segments over 2 days, taking into account our brain’s cognitive capabilities, so you’ll effectively use every minute of training without energy drops. This training is for those who still struggle with simultaneously looking at the audience, operating slides, controlling body language, and speaking in an interesting way with enthusiasm in their voice. I’ll share my years of experience from international stages so you can talk about yourself wisely and initiate change in your life, at work, or in your surroundings.
How large is the group?
Small! This is a workshop-style training, so the group doesn’t exceed 6 people. Thanks to this, I can approach each participant’s development individually. That’s why it’s worth reserving your spot in advance. I love meeting diverse people who like to openly share their passions and experiences. If you’re such a person, you’ll feel comfortable in this course.
Surprise bag for every speaker
During the training, you’ll receive a surprise bag whose contents will motivate you to create your own content and share it with the audience.
In addition, after the training you’ll receive:
