Manage stress and its effects, such as rapid heartbeat, trembling hands, and shaky voice during public speaking. Exude poise and sureness.
FOCUSED MIND
Focus on your speech content and the audience’s reaction. Practice directing your concentration where you want.
FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT
Set up your environment to support your presentations and meetings. Get comfortable with the venue and audience before your speech.
COMPOSURE DURING THE PRESENTATION
Even the best-prepared speakers can experience setbacks. We cannot control slides freezing or unfavorable audience comments. That is why we will practice composed responses to these challenges.
