Is it possible to finish the event on time if even the 1st speaker took more of their time than they were supposed to? Fortunately, the agenda is like a rubber band and minor time adjustments might be made on the way. How?

• be sure the audience gets back to the room in time
• cooperate with the organizers throughout the event to make the necessary time adjustments
